An innovative, electric hot water solution, our environmentally-assisted heat pump utilises natural energy to provide heated water for your property. An externally sited evaporator panel extracts warmth from the outside environment, and is then compressed to create hot energy to heat water for your building.
Our 130L, 200L & 300L models all use 500W of power to run. Each unit is also equipped with a 2kW immersion heater back up, to provide hot water quickly in cases of sudden heavy water usage and to perform an automatic anti-legionnaires cycle. The whole system runs quietly at 41dB(A) which is equivalent to the ambience of a library.
Every EAHP unit would be installed in your boiler room or plant room. The reverse refrigerant gas from the EAHP unit(s) are sent to the evaporator panels, where the warmth from the outside environment is used to heat the gas (similar to how air-source heat pump technology works). The evaporator panel is installed outside on a south-facing roof or wall of your building/property, additional evaporator panels would need to be installed if you have more than one EAHP unit.
The heated gas from the evaporator panel is sent to the unit(s) and into the compressor inside which makes the gas hotter, in order to heat the element inside which sits below the water tank inside the unit. This provides your heated water up to 60°C for your building. Each EAHP unit has a 2kW emersion heater which can be manually turned on in situations where you require hot water quickly. The emersion heater also performs an automatic anti-legionnaires cycle to keep your hot water and tank safe.
For larger or commercial properties/buildings where large amounts of hot water are used throughout the day, you can have additional EAHP units installed to provide heated water seamlessly and quickly.
The heated water is sent to your bathrooms and wet-rooms when used. Allowing you and others to enjoy the satisfying warmth of low-carbon and sustainable water.

Our hot water system can be used in conjunction with solar PV and battery storage, to provide heated water in your building at a minimal carbon production. If your building uses a green/eco tariff as well, you can have a fully net-zero hot water system.
Each environmentally-assisted heat pump unit (130L, 200L, 300L) only uses 500W of power and is also equipped with a 2kW immersion heater back up, to provide hot water quickly under heavy temporary demand.
The environmentally assisted heat pump has a COP value of 3, making it a very energy-efficient hot water system that will not only reduce your hot water costs, but will reduce your carbon impact on our fragile environment.
Our environmentally assisted heat pump doesn’t use any harmful gases, putting your mind at ease for potential gas leaks. And if paired with a far-infrared heating system, you can have a fully non-gas, all-electric system.
Our energy efficient hot water system uses is all-electric. Reducing the stress and burden of cost of a gas safety inspection. Ideal for multiple property owners to reduce this annual cost to £0 if used with far-infrared heating panels.
Each hot water system unit would be installed in your existing boiler/plant room to replace your existing boiler system, with the evaporator panel installed on the roof of your property, or high on a south facing wall.
