We accept most major credit/debit card providers, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide.

Our delivery source is through ParcelForce, with the option of 24-hour or 48-hour delivery.

We strive to deliver our products quickly, but it is dependent on what delivery class you choose. Typically in the UK, this can be next-day delivery, however, some orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

If the item is broken or faulty upon delivery:

If your products are broken or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately on 01329 556130 or info@edensprite.com - and provide your Name, address and delivery tracking number. Then we will be able to schedule a courier to pick up your delivery and send you a replacement free of charge.


If you have received the wrong item:

If you have received an item which is different from what you have ordered, you can request a return and have the correct item delivered free of charge, or instead opt for a refund.


If the item isn't to your liking, unneeded or you have changed your mind:

If your items are not to your liking or you don't need them, you have a 20 day window to notify us to be eligible for a free return and refund.


If there is a non-delivery situation:

If your products have been undelivered due to the courier, you are eligible for a full refund. 


If there is a duplicate item or accidental purchase:

If the you have accidentally purchased the same item multiple times or made an unintended purchase, you may seek a return and refund.

Absolutely! A majority of our listed products dimensions' are included in the product information.

All products displayed are in-stock. Any products out of stock will be hidden on the Edensprite Marketplace.

If you have ordered a product that has gone out of stock, we will have priority shipment so it can reach you quickly.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order please notify us as quickly as possible.


If your order has yet to be dispatched to Parcelforce, you will not be charged. However, if your order has been dispatched and processed to Parcelforce there will be a cancellation fee.
