If the item is broken or faulty upon delivery:
If your products are broken or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately on 01329 556130 or info@edensprite.com - and provide your Name, address and delivery tracking number. Then we will be able to schedule a courier to pick up your delivery and send you a replacement free of charge.
If you have received the wrong item:
If you have received an item which is different from what you have ordered, you can request a return and have the correct item delivered free of charge, or instead opt for a refund.
If the item isn't to your liking, unneeded or you have changed your mind:
If your items are not to your liking or you don't need them, you have a 20 day window to notify us to be eligible for a free return and refund.
If there is a non-delivery situation:
If your products have been undelivered due to the courier, you are eligible for a full refund.
If there is a duplicate item or accidental purchase:
If the you have accidentally purchased the same item multiple times or made an unintended purchase, you may seek a return and refund.
